Hi, this is Ivan Azzopardi. I founded Cresta Property Services back in 2005, and today, I run it together with my lovely wife Claudia.

I worked as manager and director of one of the leading real estate agencies in Malta for over 30 years. And, during that time, I realised that there was hardly any after-sales assistance for people who invested in property in Malta.

This can be a huge inconvenience for people who cannot afford to spend an afternoon looking for appliances or curtains for their new property.

That’s why I decided to leave real estate and start offering support to property owners, whether they own a rental investment or a holiday home in Malta.
